Copays/ Deductibles

All co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of services. We will also collect all previous outstanding balances at teh time of your visit. Additional fee of $20 may be charged to your account if your co-pay is not paid at the time of service. If you have no insurance coverage, payment is due at teh time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. There is a $25 fee assessed for all checks returned unpaid by banks. If your check is returned unpaid you will no longer be able to pay using a check.
