Insurance and Billing

Clinic Sofia OBGYN, PA participates in most major medical healthcare plans. Insurance plans vary in the amount of coverage and medical services they cover. Please check your individual policy to see if Clinic Sofia is within your network and will cover your medical services.

Many insurance plans require the clinic to collect a co-pay when you register for your appointment. This information is often indicated on your insurance card. The receptionist will ask for your insurance card and identification when you arrive at the clinic for your appointment. Clinic Sofia accepts all major credit cards, checks or cash (please no bills over $20). If you have any questions about insurance, please call 952-516-7967 and ask for Angie. Also, please review the Billing and Insurance Information Form prior to your first visit.

Clinic Sofia prides itself in working with our patients to help make payments on an outstanding balance easier and less stressful. If you have an outstanding balance, please review the Credit Card Payment Arrangement and contact Angie in the Business Office to review your account.
