We have created a few DVDs available for purchase to address different needs of our patients. For our OB patients, we recommend the Breastfeeding for New Moms instructional DVD, which offers many tips and tricks for successful breastfeeding. Our Recharge video helps you relax your body and recharge your mind in just 20 minutes.
