Dr. Lily Foley’s path to Obstetrics and Gynecology has been shaped by a strong commitment to patient-centered care, education, and community engagement.

Dr. Foley earned her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine after completing her undergraduate studies in Biology at University of San Diego. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at SUNY Upstate Medical University in 2026.
Throughout her training, Dr. Foley has demonstrated a strong dedication to both clinical excellence and academic achievement, earning multiple honors and scholarships. She has also been recognized for her research contributions, including receiving a Best Paper Award for her work on prelabor rupture of membranes. Her research and presentations have focused on improving patient outcomes, preventive care, and evidence-based practices in women’s health.
Dr. Foley’s clinical interests include obstetric care, gynecologic health, preventive medicine, and patient education. She is especially passionate about improving access to care and empowering patients through education, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident in their healthcare decisions.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Foley is deeply involved in mentorship, teaching, and community service. She has worked with underserved populations both locally and internationally, including providing care and education in Peru, and has been an active mentor to medical students. She also plays a role in resident wellness initiatives, reflecting her commitment to supporting both patients and colleagues.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Foley enjoys staying active through running, fitness, and outdoor activities like paddle boarding. She also loves spending time at home caring for her plants, baking, and relaxing with her cats.
